designer's own words:
The aim was to design a skill developing school tool which helps to see the correlations in our world. The final design is an easy storable scissor. The student has to see the correlations on the object how it could be transformed to a scissor.For use the student has to bend it and attach the blades. Because of its design it can be used as a right handed or a left handed scissor.
The body and one of the screw nuts is 3D printed or injection-molded of LDPE (low-density polyethylene). The blades are made of stainless steel.
