"...the flat plane of a piece of paper can be easily rolled into a tube that can be bent, cut, folded and transform. The Japanese have always been good at elaborating objects form flat elements by utilizing the flexibility of the plane. This is quite different from the West, where the shaping of forms is based upon the manipulation of mass". Inspired by this quote by Kazuhiko Tomita, I set out to design these Juicer and perculator.
