‘Beyond the box light’ is for children who live in poor study environment. Especially in Africa, numbers of children are educated in the lack of school facilities, just thanking for having study places. In this situation, we want to help them spread their dreams without being tied in life environment. Most buildings are not properly ready to use the electricity in Africa. So children are studying in the dark classroom even the daytime.

‘Beyond the box light’ was designed to solve this kind of problem. ‘Beyond the box light’ is made of hard corrugated cardboard which is use common for packing box. Because the package itself is the product, it reduces unnecessary packaging waste. In case of not having electricity facilities, it can be lighted by eco-friendly LED lighting that is used by solar battery which is regenerated by solar energy. Also, it has a space for simple stationary such as pencils or rulers. This will help the child to arrange the desk easily.
‘Beyond the box light’ is about giving opportunity to children for a life beyond the box.
