designer's own words:

How often do we think about analyzing what
happens in our kitchens! Very rarely, if ever!
However what actually transpires on kitchen counters is very interesting and if the outcome is delicious, that means a lot of happy and well fed people.
If we look at the process of cooking itself it has significant predecessor and successor activities and the process as a whole can be described in 3 Cs.
Chopping:
This is all the preparation that goes in before you actually cook. Cutting, slicing, dicing. Having the perfect sized piece with the right cuts.
Cooking:
This is the process which actually transforms raw meat, fruits and vegetables into an edible , healthy and delicious concoction which we call food. More often than not cooking involves a heating process which could be deep frying, shallow frying, grilling , baking etc.
Cleaning:
Well after the actually cooking and eating is done comes the part which everyone hates. Cleaning your pots and pans to make sure they are ready for the next meal.
BLOOM cooking device becomes a handy tool in the kitchen. As its name suggests, this device features the form of a flower ready to bloom where those petals are made up of high strength, heat resistant, non-stick material. The round base acts as a heating surface. BLOOM is controlled via touch sensitive panel on the back of the stem, you can determine the heat, the intensity as well as the stirring action.
The petals can turn at speeds ranging from 10rpm to 8000rpm, it’s a way to stir or cut any food you’ve placed inside the container. The mixing action is done through the rotary motion, you can control the opening or closing of those petals/blades (speed and degree) according to your need.
