The tradition of wrapping dead bodies in different fabrics is something we know from ancient times. In some cultures it presents till our days.
The design of a coffin shape is taken from a cocoon and the finish of wrapping is by actual wrapping of a coffin with a silk thread.
The coffin is made from jute and covered with a silk thread.
