Protection, transition, texture. The Corian Fishing Dock is wrapped around a pre-existing wooden dock, and peels away to form a fishing chair and boat docking. In the underwater portion of the chair, a light is shone through the translucent Corian to attract fish underwater. The layer which becomes the fishing chair is perforated for breathability, and the boat docking layers are roughly sanded for secure friction. The skin may be
pre-manufactured and simply inserted onto the end of a dock. In the Corian Fishing Dock, Dupont Corian is and has skin.
