designer's own words:

DRUMMER is a new way to build a support for people and their belongings, which recycle and combine steel drums (230 liters standard liquid cylindrical containers) taking advantage of its structural shape. It's possible to give mobility using a combination of wheels (car, bicycle, carts, etc.).

The recycled of usual and standards things means low cost of production.
