designer's own words:

E C H O and bounce is fluidity through repetitive modules. Part of the “Echo and Bounce” series, “Echo” is a modular low-profile design for installation within large glass areas. The “Echo” system contains four parts in total, two unique to “Echo” and two common to the “Echo and Bounce” series as a whole. The E-Main and E-End pieces are the main units of “Echo” and are deployed in a modular / repetitive fashion with the overall radiator length determined by the length of the window opening. The ENB-Foot and ENB-Connectors are common between the “Echo and Bounce” series and operate as the linkages between modules and linkages to the ground. The outer hull of each module can be made of any number of cast or extruded metals (using a baked-on finish or paint), while the interior plumbing of each module is made of PEX (cross-linked high-density polyethylene) allowing for the tight curvatures. A series of small fins between the inner skin of the hull and the PEX tubing transmits hot water to the outer skin of the module while each ENB-Connector clamps and seals the PEX from one module to the next through several small Allen keys. The system could also operate without the PEX simply by lining the interior of each module with a waterproof coating.
