float

float by tetsuaki yoshida from japan

designer's own words:

“H” character drawn by continuous curvilinear line represents a beauty of shapes in nature such as like leaves. A repetition of the “H” and ninety-degree-rotated-“H” creates tidy pattern but shapes of the letters generate soft and organic rhythm and circulation of the pattern, almost like it’s free-floating. Two offset layers of differently colored pattern, light gray and black, enhance its floating visualization: leaves floating on water.
