this handle was a collaborative effort between daniel toumine and gabriel molina. the model was originally chosen from numerous gestural sketches, then refined through mechanical and digital means. aesthetic and ergonomic considerations meet to create a visual and tactile satisfaction to the user. it is important to note that careful attention was paid to allow the integration of standard hardware for installation. numerous sketch models and revisions later we arrived at a finalized concept.
