hardshell pannier bags system.
it's eco-friendly: made of recycled p.e.t. plastic - durable, waterproof, with long lifespan.
protects the carried items against shock, fracture, water, high temperature.
for use in commuting, city services (police, post, paramedic, etc.), shopping, carrying of electronic and scientific equipment.
top pannier has optional solar cell with a charger for personal electronic equipment (as laptop, mobile phone, camera), or police/medical devices.
can be used together or separately (only lower ones, only top one or only one of lower ones). when carried, system has double function as backpack and carrying bags.
When not in use - can serve as tool containers, for storage of items, etc.
