This artwork transforms change of the surrounding sound into a motion of the ball.
The ball will begin to shake slowly, if the surrounding sound is perceived, and it will stop, if the surrounding becomes quiet.
A motion of the ball makes the feeling that sound swings a sense of space.
When sound affects the ball, sound can be felt in different relationship from usually.
From ancient times,in various areas, it has been thought that there is wonderful power in sound.
For example,mystic power of voices affecting the real world that was believed in ancient Japan.
It is called KOTOTAMA.
Present age,Our environment is overflowing with sound.
Therefore, we are insensible in sound.
