Traditional spray bottles work well when held vertically. Unfortunately, cleaning happens at all angles. Level creates a small reservoir at the lowest point of the bottle that the straw rests in. This ensures that there will always be a few sprays ready at almost any angle, all the way down to the last drop. The plastic housing on the bottom of the bottle simply snaps on and could be changed to differentiate between different liquid cleaners or brands.
