this credenza is a twist to the classic credenzas, a balance between functionality, aesthetics and sustainability.
as its name states this credenza is different from the usual suspects. by separating the main body from the exterior "shell", the optical illusion of levitation is created. besides the inside storage room that can have several different configurations such as; 3 vertical doors, 4 horizontal drawers, 2 vertical doors and 2 horizontal drawers and so on, the negative space generated between this two components also can be use for storage for quick reach of most common used items.
its unique design, simple yet practical geometry and straight lines makes this piece easy to manufacture and finish; materials such as solid wood, laminated plywood, bamboo panels, formica color core or lacquer finish over MDF or even recyclable/reclaimed wood can be used as requested for high end or average furniture.
