makeshift

makeshift by peter marigold from uk

designer's own words:

The wedge shapes of the units allows them to expand and contract to fit into different size spaces. In temporary use the units can be wedged against two walls without the need for drilling, which makes them ideal for use by people living in rented accommodation.
Hand holes in the ends mean that two units fastened together become a large packing crate for moving house. If two opposing walls are not available, it also works well as a free-standing configuration.

Materials: crate quality utility plywood, dark hardwood beading details, stainless steel fasteners.
