designer's own words:

When someone close passes away, we are quick to throw away their earthly possessions, and only have a gravesite or an urn to remind us of our loved ones. In certain countries shrines are made of everyday objects used by our loved ones to remind us of them. I have made an encasement for an urn of everyday objects used by the person that has passed away. By using some basic nuts and bolts and a bare minimum amount of glue, the pieces are placed together to make a final resting place for the urn. It is a piece of art, a resting place for the loved one, and a pleasant reminder of that person's life and the things they have used in their everyday life. The dearly departed will also be surrounded by the objects they loved for eternity and a great form of recycling. Also the "gloom" that comes with a headstone or dull basic urn is gone forever. Friends and family will actually look forward to what the final resting place will look like. Once all the persons objects are donated. Or while the person is alive, they can pick and choose the items they want to decorate their final resting place.
