In these days, already exists thousands of lamps. It is a big challenge to find a way to give a new impetus for the light industry.
I started the project with an observation: dealing between the design and the light technology. My question was if it is possible to design a new lampshade without light bulb and socket. So I realized the idea trying to keep the feeling of the classic lampshade.

Paralume Nostalgia is a light concept, that takes advantage of the modern LED light technology. The design of the lamp is based on the classic shape of a lampshade. Like this the lamp looks familiar, despite the reduced form language.
Paralume with its transparent acrylic brings light in a soft but direct way, giving specific places a bright area.Basically you can use the lamp as a table lamp, where you will enjoy not only the activity you do but also an enlightened atmosphere.

Nostalgia is the feeling that works as a bridge between past and present. No needed bulb longer, this time a lighting visual object is presented.
