planet cup & saucer

designer's own words:

This round bottom cup does not stand by itself; it stands with a saucer which has a hall like a donut. When the cup is set on the saucer, it is rotatable. It keeps the water level in any angles.

this design was inspired by human relations. One can not be stable without another. one can get more freedom when they are together.
