Chinese food culture has a long history and has many ways of cooking food.Some ways not only bring different tastes but also bring oil fume. The oil fume does harm to people and pollutes the air.In China we believe that the fascination of cooking lies on both the cooking ways and the taste,So in the future we Chinese won't change the cooking ways.We design the "Purifi" ventilator to solve the problem above.Using discomposing oxidation by ultraviolet radiation, the ventilator of "Purifi" changes oil fume into carbon dioxide (Co2) and water (H2O) which is good to the environment. By adjusting the air pipe we can
control the height and angle of ventilator to raise efficiently. The height of heater also could be changed to meet different users.The ventilator and
heater are made by standard parts to save cost.
