designer's own words:
The Giant Dandelion is a new form of parking construction, which is composed of 3 layers of parking plates connected by kennetic arms to a central rotating base. This allows more parking spaces and makes urban parking more efficient since each parking plate lifts and lowers to the ground independently. Transparent parking plates change their color from red to green if it is available again and vice versa. In order to let drivers see the parking space clearly and to add a vivid look to the urban scene, they glow in the dark as well.
