In 2010, our group of design students showcased ethnographic research in India and solved three major problems.
From daily annoying inconveniences to life scaled handicap, we have studied how our different targets were living today, to bring them a better tomorrow.

In India, there are 240 million farmers that prefers to work barefoot, but also suffer foot injuries.

Sahay is a simple and ergonomic solution to help protect Indian farmers’ feet.
It is a holistic approach covering cultural wishes and economical constraints.
Sahay is made out of a single folded metal sheet.
It is a low cost solution and no tools are required to fix it.
