designer's own words:

When you flush the toilet, it wastes 6 liters of water.
If you urinate in the shower, it can save up to 2,190 liters of water annually.

This sticker is designed to react to components and temperature of urine.
When you urinate on it, leafs and the slogan ‘YOU ARE SAVING THE GREEN PLANET’ will be gradually shown.
