Shell-ter is a mobile storage unit that also provides refuge. It can be pushed or dragged while walking or using a bicycle.
To create the refuge shelter one can easily drag outwards the yellow section of the unit. Once fully extended this will create an area were one can rest or sleep.
The shell is made out of PE ( polyethylene-high density ) which can be manufactured relatively cheap. The unit has two bicycle wheels and two trolley wheels attached in order to offer a cheep way of movement.
It is an exiting, easy and cheap solution for homelessness today.
