designer's own words:

i want to try to bring nature into our living space again, by using common forms found in nature in everyday objects. hexagons are by many considered natures perfect shape. examples can be seen everywhere; the honeycomb structure in beehives, naturally formed basalt columns, crystal structures and snowflakes.

the doorhandles are made from matt stainless steel.
