sketch and communicate

since “moleskine” is about making the famous notebooks, i decided to go with a dynamic and sort of “sketchy” logotype and wanted it to be unique, so i made it myself . it presents the movement of people who carry their notebooks and make their drawings, sketches, ideas and plans in them. with the sharp edge serif letters i wanted to make that movement and dynamic even more powerfull. the drawing of the comic cloud keyboard in center stands for the “moleskinerie” blog. it’s like a very fast drawn sketch telling a story of online communication. the cloud is filled with orange color because it presents the dynamic audience and rich contet of posts and membmers writing them.
