the new zealand kōkako

designer's own words:

An infographic response to the plight of the endangered native new zealand kōkako. Not wanting to be overly emotional or sensationalist, I've chosen a refined and minimalist design to communicate the issue as clearly and honestly as possible. When it comes to endangered species, I don't think that we need to exaggerate or editorialize; the facts speak for themselves.
