the stallion tie

designer's own words:

The main idea of this design is to combine contradicting patterns which are: repeating versus non- repeating, animal versus geometric. The stallion was chosen as the centre of the design. The gridded dot pattern is used as the main template and some dots are manipulated in size to break the uniformity and form an image of a stallion.
