old truck, car, motocycle and scooter tires are stacked up and bolt together to form a V shape planter or any intersting shape.
Tires can be dyed (see small planter= 2 motorcycle tires + 1 car tire turn inside out) or ornaments (see big planter= 5 truck tires) to be safety reflective color circle.
