The title "Future Banking" gave zillions of ideas . The current banking scenarios are rigid in terms of customer interaction. The personal connect with the bank and the banking experience is lacking. Our idea was to understand the banking experience from the customer's point of view and make banking experience more user oriented.

The "Future Bank " should understand the need of the customer before the customer becomes aware of it. A personal and secure feel
also gives the customer the special bonding with the bank

According to us , Future banking includes (1) Analytic (2) Social (3) Integrated

(1) Analytic : The bank acts as an adviser / strategist / planner / manager / of your daily activities. The bank will analyse the previously done expenditures and categorize them.It will then divide the account into segments for such categories. Eg : Shopping, Rent etc
Thus, it will monitor your expenses in each such sector and give appropriate feedback and analysis

(2)Social : The bank will get to know the likes /major changes in the user's life and suggest something appropriate that the bank has to offer.

(3)Integrated : The gadget that makes the interaction more integrated. The UI-D Gadget will give a sense of security and personal connect with the user. The UI-D Gadget scans the fingerprint of the user and produces a Advance Security Code. The UI-D Gadget also acts as a watch which can be worn around the wrist, as a pendent or as a key-chain. The Crystal display will display the time and when the fingerprint is scanned, it will display the code. The RFID inside the gadget will also respond when the customer enter's any branch or ATM . The vocal feedback will give a unique interactive experience to the customer
