designer's own words:
The main concept was to get rid of the usual frame and get more freedom in the form and the pedals are integrated in the back wheel.
The frame is made of carbon and should give enough stability.
The wheel frames are fixed and the rims and tires rotate over them. The drive transfers power over a sprocket.
The rotation of this sprocket is transferred to the "wheel" through the recess.
