‘100m3 apartment’ by MYCC

the singular urban shelter utilizes one hundred cubic meters of volumetric space. developed by madrid-based MYCC group, a longitudinal section defines the project. the interior environment accommodates several sections, which are limited in dimension, but at the same time all are visually connected to each other. with the necessity to define programmed uses, each of them with specific characteristics and size, leads to an image which looks like those old computers platform games. the idea of light and simple flooring results in the possibility to easily jump from one to another. the apartment, even with its small size, offers generous amplitude with a variety of components intended for modular use.
