‘angelico hair salon’ by movedesignstorefront signage

located in saga, japan, a bright blue box encloses the angelico hair salon, functioning as a hybrid reception and styling space. conceived by japanese movedesign, an external environment is incorporated to the inner workings of the storefront, accentuating the interior volume as if it were a showcase display window. the beauty shop features a large scale glass facade that reveals the cutting area, enclosed between the glazed dividers organized throughout the plan.
