‘tangled shoes’ by iskender & adilet asanaliev

kyrgyzstanian designers iskender & adilet asanaliev have conceived ‘tangled shoes’. the project intends to introduce a new method in women’s footwear design without  being too conceptual or far from reality. the upper leather portion is cut from one piece  where the section begins, wrapping around the leg and meeting at the heels. this approach

ultimately minimizes the amount of material used in production and fabrication.
