spanish design company casualplay has designed ‘kudu’, a new stroller concept that uses minimalist design and clean lines influenced by the kudu, the endangered african animal. the application of innovative technology consists of connecting aluminium with an invisible weld, using top quality materials amounting to an elegant and robust stroller. consisting of a collapsible backrest with 3 positions, the multiple positions of the backrest allow the child to sit up comfortably while awake or completely flat while asleep. this fully reclined position means it can also be used as a changing mat. the compact design, folds into one piece making is easy to carry and space efficient for storage purposes. kudu has been selected at 35th international edition of the best product design at delta awards’12.
