‘TBC bank headquarters’ by DMARK architectural company

georgian DMARK architectural company, have taken an existing 20th century building from the soviet military headquarters of the caucasus region and transformed it into the TBC bank headquarters in tbilisi. the link between street traffic and deeply situated building was created by effective shape. a triangle directly connects all demanded functions, situated in different parts on site, where new half glossy material is used to showcase different views during day and night.

all existing greenery was almost left untouched, adapting and arranging the main entrance to coexist with the floor level consisting of storefront property. users can access the bank hall area directly, or go to the meeting space and amphitheatre by ramps. the café and artspace are lifted from ground, creating covered space in the yard between big fir trees and give opportunity to organize different kinds of events.
