norwegian design group knudsen berg hindenes has developed ‘plank’, a flat-pack sofa which draws reference from a fascination with massive broad floorboards from dinesen douglas spruce trees. a thick solid wooden base and back represents the main construction, creating an impression of lightness and fluidity.
