south korean design studio sumneeds has introduced ‘ the line tail’, an earphone jack accessory that prevents damage to the auxilary input. when headphones aren’t being used, the addition acts as a line-winder, eliminating tangled wires. the wagging tail from the product uses influence from animal tales to emphasize the importance of wild animals, while providing an emotional feature to typically de-humanized electronic devices.
