It triggers the production of essential hormones critical for our body’s equilibrium. london-based designers at lula dot have tapped into ancient methods of light deflection to create the ‘sun sill’, a rounded mirror used both externally and internally to reflect natural light into dark spaces. with modern technology, the plates can automatically track the sun’s path to assure optimal illumination at all times, providing light equal to twice the brightness of a normal incandescent bulb even on overcast days.
