suzu-hana in two different shapes

suzu-hana (‘suzu’ means tin, ‘hana’ means flower in japanese) is shape-changing flower vase made from pure 100% tin, and it is made by silicon casting technique.

pure 100% tin is soft and can easily be bent by hand, and tin container keep water clean and helps flowers last longer. it is a flower vase design which is made used of these advantages of the material, so that you can bend and change shape of it, and enjoy arranging flowers in your own way even when it is a bouquet or a single flower.

suzu-hana is showed in Interior Lifestyle Tokyo 1st-3rd June 2011. this is designed for koizumi factory (http://super.co.jp/) which is in Takaoka City, Toyama, Japan by tatsuo kuroda. now it is in production.
