london based designer, camille paillard has designed ‘tri-folds sofa’ with ecal for swiss brand de sede. working with leather – the object’s main material, camille was inspired by the beauty of its folds and innate sensitivity. the concept is expressed clearly in the sofa’s armrests, not only as an aesthetic feature, but also as a practical element- perfect for slipping in magazines and books or hiding items.
