french multidisciplinary studio trust in design has created an interior for a shoe store called ‘code’. the aesthetic of the shop is defined by the relatively new technology called quick response code (QR code), which is graphically dominated by randomized squares. this theme runs throughout the retail outlet, with perforated panel walls used to support the modular shelves that can be re-arranged to achieve the pixelated effect. the furnishings, such as fixtures, chairs and bench, compliment the geometric language of the design.
