Creation of the young french designer Julien Primard, focus on "Nature in the city".
Nowadays the city and its suburbs are areas which concentrate a lot of houses and lot of different activities. In big cities, we have to bear an important quantity of stresses and strains of modern life (noise, pollution, etc) which have an impact on our life. A solution exists, to use the benefits of the plants, by having an important ecological message for the future.
This mobile unit brings all benefits of plants and vegetables at home; It also conveys an ecological message which is really important at present time. The concept is based on the creation of a haven of green peace appropriate for relaxation and leisures which permits to go back to one’s roots while we live in a big city.
User, sitting on the his furniture, is nearby the nature because he is surrounded by water, wood, soil, plants and vegetables. This furniture can be used outside in small or large size. The idea is to invest in a greenery space made of colours, shapes and smells coming from a large diversity of plants.
User will even have to modify and to develop his furniture during a long time. In fact, the back of the seat is made of real living osier. The user will have to plait it and to look after it for its best development. At the end, the user will be able to lean his back on. So, it will create a real contact between human and nature.
It is possible to plant vegetables, spices, or simply flowers to dress our outside space with different colours. An earthenware pot is used to provide the essential element of life : water. We have created a small pond where we can put fishes or water lilies etc.
