荷叶的有机造型是本作品的灵感来源，我们通过3D软件建模，通过CNC精密铣削制作模具，再通过模具翻转技术制作浇注模具，用液态水泥混合浆料浇注脱模后空腔静置12小时，硬化即为混凝土制品。
这件作品也是一种表现混凝土材料的各种可塑性的尝试，混凝土的特点是刚硬的同时又能表现出柔软的有机形态。
