Knit Necklace is an extension to our signature Knit Series of earrings and bangles
which have since been very well-received locally and internationally.
The design accentuates the unique ‘knitted’ structure resulting in a fascinating one-of-a-kind necklace.
The impression of softness in knitted fabrics,
coupled with the strength and unique flexibility of the nylon plastic material,
Knit Necklace presents a unique texture and impression, like no other.
The structure is designed as a hollow tube-like form, making effective use of the tensile strength of the material.
It is 3D printed as a whole structure without any joints.
Each nylon line appears interwoven around one another creating a new surface texture to the chain structure,
and its tube-like form creates an intriguing virtual depth that makes this item appear soft yet sharp.
We hope this creation will be enjoyed not just as any fashion accessory
but also as a wearable art form or sculptural object.

3D printing technology was utilised to produce a varied series of original items.
