Christopher White, co-founder and designer of the Slash/Bed, has been making premium furniture his entire life. Chris has spent the past two decades as a professionally trained woodworker in New York City collaborating with luxury retail brands, designing high-end pieces for private clients. Born in Brussels Belgium, Christopher White Studied woodworking in both Bordeaux and The Basque Country in France.
He achieved his CAP (certificat d'aptitude professionnelle) in 1999. Having work experience in France and the US has instilled in him a professional and unique work ethic. Chris believes in the future of furniture as providing convenience, quality, and sustainability for all.
