Wearing seat belt has been a very mundane excercise imposed on most of the people.
People tend not to wear seat belt all the times in the car unless forced to do so. There are two reasons to this. One is the phyical trauma people undergo while wearing and other is the lack of interest in the way seat belt concept has been
dealt and applied.
The seat "belt" name or concept, by itself tend to "bind" people, which is against the very nature of human beings.
People do not follow a rule or sytem unless some interest is attached to it. People want change and fun.
The accessory seat "felt" is a add on for the seat belt which now attracts people of all ages to wear it and becomes a fashion statement. It comes in various designs for the whole family for different age groups. People now wear it becaue they like to wear it and to show it off and not becaue of any rule or binding. It becomes a habit for them. The add-on "felt" covers a portion of the seat belt while original belt is still seen at the ends, for security reasons.

Funny; For kids, with little toy attached to it at the head level as their personal travel companion. Children sleep and play with a toy very often, this one ("felt" toy) hugs them by their head in the car creating interest for them. Fixed by using the velcrow for easy disengaging and engaging at variou height levels.

Ramp crown; For teen age girls, there is a miss universe winner kind of "felt". For adult girl there is a fur look and feel like add on "felt" so it looks like she is wearing fur strip on the fashion ramp.

Its manually changeable as per each family members need. The basic belt remain the same as the typical seat belt while all these add-ons are fixed to it with a magnetic lock or velcrow.
If nothing added on as "felt", then the belt remains as a plain traditional belt for dad.
