established in beijing in 2013, BWAO/bao wei architecture studio responds creatively to challenges faced by customer appeals, functional requirements and site traits. in turn, this creates a distinct uniqueness for each project. led by principle architect bao wei, the studio believes that architectural solutions exist prior to the beginning of the project, and design is the process of excavating it, like a scientific experiment.
