huang yong ping is a french-chinese contemporary artist and founder of the xiamen dada movement. his work brings together art, life and politics by drawing inspiration from mythical tales to combine beliefs from east and west. huang yong ping is best known for his large-scale dreamlike scenes featuring animals that symbolize today’s economic and sociopolitical landscapes.
