podcast: room for dreams

Architecture is no longer just about defining space; it is about defining the future. The Room for Dreams Podcast is a 11-part series produced in collaboration with INDX|GLOBAL, and recorded live during Milan Design Week 2026.

The series strips away surface-level aesthetics to interrogate the real disruptors reshaping the built environment — from the climate crisis and automated workflows to the tension between local craftsmanship and the digital frontier. Across twelve episodes, the podcast brings together international visionaries, industry leaders, and radical thinkers to examine critical questions confronting modern spatial philosophy: Can a building heal urban trauma? Is sustainability the ultimate luxury? What happens when ancient, regional design sensibilities collide with modern, global innovation?

Every episode explores a distinct theme ranging from sensory architecture and adaptive reuse to the emerging digital vernacular and the rise of the global nomad. Yet, no matter how technical or philosophical the terrain, each conversation ultimately returns to the core of human imagination. To close every episode, all budget, client, and physical limitations are stripped away for a single creative question: If a Room for Dreams could be designed with absolutely no constraints, what is the very first element to be placed?

The complete series maps out the narratives, materials, and ideologies building the world of tomorrow.
