podcast: room for utopias

Room for Utopias explores architecture as a way of imagining — and testing — alternative ways of living. The 11-part podcast series was produced in collaboration with INDX|GLOBAL, and recorded live during Paris Design Week 2026.

Utopia here is not understood as a perfect city, a distant future or an impossible dream. Instead, the series considers the smaller propositions embedded in architecture today: different relationships with nature, new forms of togetherness, more adaptable ways of living, alternative ideas of beauty, and new relationships between architects, clients, and users.

Across eleven conversations, Room for Utopias asks architects to consider not only what they build, but the kind of world their work quietly proposes.

There is no single utopia. Each project contains its own idea of how life could be organized differently. Together, these perspectives form a collection of possible futures — imperfect, contradictory and grounded in the realities of contemporary practice.
